Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events (formerly Socio)

We use Socio (Webex) to host our annual user/customer conference. We've used it for two years now, and the product was amazing when we started, and it has continued to evolve. Their support teams are incredible, and the product is so easy to use. It was a great experience for the admins and for the event attendees.

Socio was the most affordable, has a great team, and they're super easy-to-use. It's a comprehensive tool with a ton of capabilities, but we didn't feel like we were overpaying for a ton of bells and whistles that we wouldn't use.

The platform is dynamic, and would be great for a recurring event series (events are so easy to copy), annual conferences (our use case), and hybrid events.
