Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Our Cisco channel team uses the Webex Meetings all the time especially with Cisco customers.
  • Scheduling.
  • Security.
  • Dependable.
  • Too many updates.
  • I should be able to see the previous meeting on the app even if that time is passed.
  • Should all me to modify meetings from the app itself.
  • Nothing negative.
  • Customer loves Webex Meetings.
  • Partners also loved it.

Webex Meetings is very reliable and most of our customers prefer Webex over MS Teams. On top of that security is top notch and our customers and partners liked it when calls are happening over Webex.

Using Webex Meetings

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

We use MS Teams mostly for internals calls vs Webex Meetings that we use mostly on all customers and partners calls.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Our Cisco channel team uses Webex Meetings for almost all meetings and I can say that it can definitely scale.
I have never been in a position where I would need to switch from Webex Meetings to another meetings app.
Could do much better...somehow I feel there's little bit (tiny bit ) of lag while loading...but nothing major.
