Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Being an admin our job is to provide support to our customers. We set up Webex with the customer and other teams like the change management team to implement changes onto the system. We investigate issues in the form of cases with the GSO team using Webex. We also use Webex for tech talks and handover calls. Our customer JPMC also uses Webex with few restrictions (as it's a banking company) on which Webex works fine.
  • Screen sharing.
  • Different ways to connect through audio.
  • Hide chat window.
  • Role-based access.
  • Instead of giving a gray box for hiding the chat window, Webex could just hide it from other users.

I think Webex is perfect for every use where we need to give certain access based upon roles. It's also good for Q/A sessions and polls. We can breakout sessions to create a team and discuss among them.
