- User interface is neat and user friendly
- I found it quite helpful that Joining meetings are easy from the app, there is also an option to scan a QR code to attend meetings
- High quality Audio and Video
- Desktop sharing and remote control
- On windows PC/Laptop while using external headphones always experience MIC issue
- Longer meetings makes the phone hot which is irritating
- Webex Meetings help me to connect with other teams or vendors quickly, as it is always ready and available to use.
- The ease of use for customers to enter and interact in meetings reduced time wasted explaining how to use the environment and made meetings more productive.
Cisco Webex is far better than Teams, in terms of User friendliness, no delay, High-Quality Audio and Video, no performance impact on system
