Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use it for everything to meeting catchups to all hands conferences. It has been providing us high quality meetings at a very large scale. It also integrates well into our call center.

- Being able to set up meetings with external users
- Web UI, there are way too may places to manage users
- API versions, pulling data from one cisco system to another is a massive painpoint

- Having to call up Cisco to up the default resolution from 720p to 1080p
- Webex Meetings overheats basically all our laptops. they aren't low spec either i5 12th gen minimum we have had to roll out laptop cooling to heavy Webex Meetings users
- Positive. Even with all the options available, it organically becomes the main platform among staff
- We spend so much time setting up Cisco accounts and settings for all the platforms rather then it pulling from active directory
