Overall Satisfaction with Webex Webinars
We use Webex Webinars for various purposes in our educational institution. Our main use case is conducting seminars and workshops for students virtually. We also use it to host guest speakers sessions when the speakers can't travel to our institution. Lastly, we use Webex Webinars for providing training to teachers and other faculty. We also use Webex Webinars for streaming in-person sessions virtually to reach a larger audience. Its features like polls, screen sharing, recording etc have expanded our use cases significantly.
- Easy-to-use user interface for both hosts and attendees
- Ability to join a webinar on all devices (phone, PC and browser)
- Attendee engagement features like polls, surveys and Q&A
- Reliable connectivity regardless of the number of attendees
- Crystal clear audio and high quality video
- Screen sharing feature for sharing presentations with attendees
- Webinar recording feature which allows us to share the recorded webinar with people who weren't able to attend the webinar live
- When the number of webinar attendees is very high, a lot of bandwidth and system memory is consumed
- Very few customization and branding options
- The video and audio quality of the webinar when joined through a browser is very poor
- We were able to reach a larger audience while promoting our educational institution resulting in more admissions and revenue
- Webex Webinars also ensured that our speakers don't have to travel to deliver speeches to our students hence saving transportation costs we would have had to arrange for.
- Interaction with attendees through Q&A and polling features ensured they are attentive and hear us throughout increasing our audience reach.
Webex Webinars has more customisation options than Zoom Webinars and allows a staggering 1,00,000 attendees in a webinar. It also provides detailed analytics after the webinar which helps us make informed decision and look for ways to increase our number of attendees and the time they attended the webinar for. Lastly, its polling and Q&A features are much better than Zoom Webinars.
