Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is very useful to our company to manage claims and approval loops. It is very helpful especially to the Finance department to be able to view the company/individual and team expenses. It is being used by employees who have expense claims either by monthly claims, travel claims, training, etc. Most of all it is very user-friendly!
  • Easy to use as it also has a mobile app so much easier and i worry less [about] forgetting to file a claim.

  • Very flexible to company needs.
  • Hoping that 1 user can be flexible to file a claim on different entities within the company.

Yes. mostly on claims submission, and expenses approval.
The most important requirement when Webexpenses was purchased were the system configuration, workflows, and how easy it is being configured based on our company needs. I just needed the list of employees, department, and their Supplier number and they ready to be set up. It's also flexible when it comes to approval looping, it's easy to customize!

Webexpenses is very well suited for Expense Claims. It helped our company organize and have easy access to all claims on the Finance side.
