Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across the whole of our company and where we all work across the country and with many now based at home it ensures that we are all working in the same way and means our line manager can easily approve our expenses from the opposite side of the country in a timely manner.
  • Being online.
  • Able to use immediately from the phone.
  • Sometimes there can be too many questions.
  • Scan can pick up the incorrect numbers from the receipt.
Relatively easy to use, self calculates distance if you have forgotten to zero your counter from previous journey.
I have not used the support function but I am aware of colleagues who have required further support and they have not reported any issues.
As you can use the app on the go this reduces time spent at a desk sifting through a pile on receipts and also encourages timely claims.
Not purchased by myself personally but functionality is good and the ease of use supports workflow and time management.
Webexpenses is so easy to use on the move.
For traveling the Webexpenses app is perfect. I can get on the train and upload my receipt for the travel and parking instantly. That is not a job on my to do list or to be put off for another day.

Arrival in a car park means I can instantly log my mileage and go back and complete the claim later without having to write it down somewhere else in the meantime.
