Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Across the whole organisation, each of us creating monthly expenses through the portal. Few lags and problems like missing lines from the category section, manual updates through settings to update company data what actually did not help. Probably the software is a lot smarter than the purpose why we start using it. We were using Excel before and uploading jpeg. What was very straightforward for me now I end up on spending more time just because you need to go through 10steps overcomplicated process of adding single receipt that actually half of the time is automatically wrongly cropped by AI and that actually extends the time spent.
- Clear UI.
- Adding receipts.
- Get rid of loops that cause disappearing data.
- From my user point of view it is just waste of money to use this software but I'm not on the admin site.
Overall mid software, most of the functions that I need are working fine, we did not implement this software in full so a lot of its functionality is not used by me. I still prefer Excel and standard old school spreadsheet that are easy to copy paste edit without too much hassle.
I had a chance to deal with them once and it was not very good experience. The issue is still existing after 1 year.
Open the app, click + button, add receipt, edit the picture as it is wrongly cropped, save, get to item, click category (missing line with Mileage), choose different category, add the data, save to claim, create claim, log in on web browser, find claim, find item, edit item, change to missing category, save.
