Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Across the whole organisation, each of us creating monthly expenses through the portal. Few lags and problems like missing lines from the category section, manual updates through settings to update company data what actually did not help. Probably the software is a lot smarter than the purpose why we start using it. We were using Excel before and uploading jpeg. What was very straightforward for me now I end up on spending more time just because you need to go through 10steps overcomplicated process of adding single receipt that actually half of the time is automatically wrongly cropped by AI and that actually extends the time spent.
Pros
- Clear UI.
- Fast.
- Developed.
Cons
- Adding receipts.
- Get rid of loops that cause disappearing data.
- From my user point of view it is just waste of money to use this software but I'm not on the admin site.
