Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

With everybody using the same tool, the task is more efficient and streamlined when submitting and processing expenses requests. No longer is it hand written printed out spreadsheets, or nicely typed spreadsheets but with all the receipts delicately held on with a silver paperclip.

Being able to use the phone app also saves a lot of time when you have queries regarding payment of if your request has been declined. You can easily follow the process in your hand and chased the bottleneck to carry out their part of the process if they have missed the approval request.

Also have a list of you previous claims available to check back is convenient bonus.

Very easy to learn the system, additional uses take a very short time to complete. When you know where everything is located and are aware of the available short cuts (like the adding receipts and the app harvesting the data from the picture) you will save a huge amount of time. Everything is not obvious at first, playing around often finds things you were not aware of.
Adding receipts when received. After making a purchase for materials or a service it is easy to add the receipts, even if there is a shortage of time you can just add the picture of the receipts. This allows you to complete the expenses for the date at a later time, without having to locate the receipt.
The convivence of being able to use at a desk or on the go with the phone app, that picks up just where you left on another device. The web app appears to work fine on low spec desks tops and laptops. Have used on an old Dell laptop when visiting another site and I had to amend an error of the expenses submitted.
I have only ever used the old style expenses submission process of the spreadsheet on receipts. This was suitable but now after using a semi automated website or phone app it really did take up a lot more time. As this app has worked at expected I have not explored any alternatives.

Save time when looking for receipts from the start of the month, easy to add on the go the received. The adding receips is a welcome convience but the app fails occasionally to register the dates and costs accurately. When it does it makes the task of expenses even easier but sometimes you have to take a picture of the receipt and update the required fields manually.
