Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used by the Accounts/Locum Payments department.. and replaces the older paper invoice system which was kind of chaotic at times especially in the event of invoice email or fax not going through or getting lost. It makes the whole process of invoicing, processing, and paying to the service provider much easier and smoother.

Brilliant tool.
I’ve used Venloc system for booking shifts and getting paid through system generated invoices.
It’s made invoicing, processing, and payments much easier. Would highly recommend this in other service-based sectors as well. Took me just a few minutes to get a grip of things, it’s functions, buttons, etc. Keeping track of my paid/unpaid invoices is also easier and it automatically sends you an email at every stage of the overall process. Connectivity issues can be resolved as it evolves.
