Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Pretty much across the organization. We travel quite a bit and use this for reimbursement from travel expenses. It has always been pretty user friendly for me and I don't have any complaints.
- Easy to upload receipts.
- Saves all past expenses so I don't have to.
- Email notifications when my expenses have been approved by my manager.
- When you select a receipt to update would be nice if it were easier to view, or zoomed in so we can verify the total.
- The layout when filling in receipts or expenses is weird. First, you have to scroll down the main page then you have to scroll down the middle screen to fill in receipt info.
- Page layout, once in a claim the left sidebar could shrink in and expand when the mouse hovers so you can navigate to other pages if needed. Would give a little more viewing space in the actual screen you are working in.

The biggest time-saver is having the app upload receipts while on the go. I also like that I can go directly from the receipt add the info and then add to the necessary claim. Makes it easy to work on multiple claims at once.
I don't know the other product name but it was years ago and quite cumbersome.
