Webexpenses is being used to control our expenses across the company.
  • It is very intuitive and easy to navigate and use.
  • It works very well on the mobile app, allowing you to create and amend expense claims.
  • It links very well into email notification for approval by line managers and informs you quickly of approvals or problems.
  • Very efficient.
  • Paperless.
Very simple to use and intuitive.
Never had an issue which in itself is to Webexpenses' credit.
It's a very efficient and quick process, I receive reports on my expense claims which I use as part of my tax return.
It does everything I need easily and efficiently.
I can't remember exactly which system but it was Oracle when I worked for Carrilion.
It is very simple to navigate and easy to input information, very clear summary so it's easy to see the status of claims.
