Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used to manage expenses claims, receipts and approvals. Remote workers with a variety of tasks, and expenses in a wide range of contexts, need to be able to record, explain and document the expenses they have incurred so they do not go 'without' for too long. I both use and approve expenses, so engage with the system on both levels.
  • Allows defined categories to reduce uncertainty.
  • Store receipts then associate them with claims.
  • The Android app does not back up photos which means if the account/app crashes, data can be lost.
  • Clearer documentation (and exemplars) for tasks such as setting up a template.
  • On some screens there are a lot of movement bars - they could do with better visibility.
  • Reduced time on 'paperwork.'
  • Fewer barriers to repaying colleagues who would otherwise be out of pocket.
Some tweaks to the UI would help, as defined, but it is effective for the user. Better on a large screen. Over time it becomes a fast process.
Approvals happen with reminders to email to reduce delays - this is a big help.

Yes

Good where there are a small number of repeated, similar expenses or from choices. Drop-downs show the common options and can be defined with explanations and links so that a consistent policy can be followed.
