Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for the processing of company credit cards, so it is mainly used by the finance department. Using Webexpenses is so much faster and easier than the more traditional methods of reconciling credit card accounts.
  • VAT amounts.
  • Categorising transactions.
  • Attaching receipts.
  • Attaching receipts - you can't zoom in on the receipt to ensure you're transferring the right one.
  • It is more efficient for processing company credit cards.
Webexpenses is very easy is use. It makes processing cards very simple.
Paying credit cards is very simple. This process is just a click and pay. Compared to more traditional credit card processing, it is so much easier.
I did not purchase Webexpenses, my company did.
Webexpenses is made to process expenses, so is much better than using Excel.

Webexpenses is very good for comparing transactions on monthly statements. There is a total at the top, so if it doesn't match there are clearly missing transactions. However, sometimes scrolling down the page stops working, which requires coming out of the colleague's account and going back in to fix it.
