Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

All employees use Webexpenses for their day to day management of business expenses. Over the month this results in a complete infantry of the expenditures . This saves Saving without having to send in receipts and paperwork at the end of the month. Just a simple click and your done. You can add notes if necessary.

Pros

Cons

  • Some items say overspend for the category but it does not recognize it may be 2 or 3 Nights subsistence.
  • I would like to see a box that tells me how much I have spent as I go along.
  • More productivity.
  • Less paper waste.
  • Greater accuracy when submitting expenses.
  • Accounting not bogged down with receipts
I find it easy to use and have not encountered any problems. I am not the most technical minded as my generation used to have to put coins in the phone if you wanted to make a call.
Now I just take a photo then add a few details about the purchase and press save.
I contacted customer support on two occasions during the eight years I have been using the system. I have used it twice while learning the setup process as I am of an age that needs a bit more help with technology. The perfect response every time. Works that well I have not had to use it since.
Webexpenses has saved me ending up with piles of receipts each month. I used to have piles of receipts in my glove box in my work bag and guaranteed not to be able to locate all of them at the end of the month. Now I press a few buttons and I am done this is minutes instead of hours.
To make life a lot simpler at the month-end for every in all departments. This has reduced the amount of time for employees spend each month with receipts and spread sheets. This means they have less paperwork and less mistakes are being made making every thing run smoother in all departments. This frees up time to be used elsewhere.

Being easy to use is probably the best recommendation I can give this product. The great customer support is the second and thirdly it saves me a lot of time every month. I scan receipts daily and add any information required and then at the end of the month, it's ready to submit.
