Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used on a daily basis across the organisation. It allows staff to simply submit business expenses with photos or files as evidence for approval. This can then be approved by line manager before making its way through to Finance.
  • It is user friendly and easy to understand without too much support needed.
  • It sees the process through from start to finish.
  • It keeps helpful records of past claims.
  • Simplifies processes.
  • Allows us to be paperless.
It works well and the users find it easy to manage. As an administrator I do not have to get too involved which for me is a plus.
This has allowed us to become paperless with staff expenses. During Covid this has been incredibly valuable and just makes good business sense.
The only comparisons I have are paper based options. This is most certainly an improvement.

This works well in our company. It allows staff submit their expenses with evidence, this then goes through to line manager for approval and then through to Finance for approval and processing.
