Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses as our main tool for reimbursement, whether it's team events or personal invoices that the company has decided to finance on our behalf.

  • Fast upload times, easy to track progress
  • Organized in a clear, understandable way
  • Sometimes it's a bit hard to figure out whether or not my claim was submitted, as it's not always clear.

It's a great tool for getting reimbursed, but I've had some issues with the claim button in the past, which led to my invoices/claims not being properly submitted.

Any time I've needed to get reimbursed by my company, I've managed to submit a claim in less than 10-15 minutes, and usually got reimbursed within a week, so I would say it saves a lot of time both for the HR team and myself.

Webexpenses is well suited for times when you have an invoice. You can upload it as a document and fill out the necessary fields to match. I haven't found any scenarios yet where it is less appropriate, as it is exactly used for what is needed.
