Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

This is used across the business to reimburse expenses paid by members of staff within each department that was work-related. I am a user who can oversee multiple employees' profiles and ensure they get their payments processed. During COVID-19, advance payments for petty cash can be arranged and managed via Webexpenses.
  • User Friendly layout.
  • Organised - Everything is date ordered and receipts are easy to view and upload.
  • Communication - You can leave notes for other users to view.
  • Loading times between pages can be slow on times.

The layout is easy to read/clean, the use of different colours makes it more appealing to read/look at.
Webexpenses is a quick and effective way to get payments processed. I feel as though this has created a good channel from the department to our finance department.
