Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used to authorize a range of expenses across the organization, It solves the problem of having to fill in paper forms and send them to multiple recipients by just submitting one claim that is then approved by the appropriate route. All queries and evidence of the expense can be resolved in the platform in an easy way.
  • Notifying of expenses to be authorized.
  • Submitting claims and tickets.
  • Mileage claims by postcode.
  • Fingerprint authentication.
  • Less time handling claims.
  • Better organization of invoices and tickets.
  • Substantial improvement to collect travel expenses.
The functionality of the platform has provided a mayor improvement when submitting claim and for me to approve the claims of my team, what used to take easily an hour of signing and scanning now takes a few minutes and it's pretty much effortless, it's a really good tool for anyone that wants to get rid of lengthy processes.
I haven't automated any activities.

It is well suited to handle all claims and direct them to the respective approvers. It also provides a good platform to submit invoices and tickets and particularly well suited to submit mileage claims as it is easy to input the postcodes and automatically have the total mileage to be claimed.
