Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

My organization use Webexpenses for the entire company, this ensures all staff are able to claim for their business travel, staying away for work, and many more expenses. This makes it easier for each employee to upload receipts, mileage, and individually track their request. The whole organization reaps the benefits.

The website and the app are both clear and easy to use. It's a step-to-step process and notifies you if there is any information missing that can affect the claim. The claim is then sent to the company to accept. When using it for business mileage you can put multiple locations on the claim.
I use Webexpenses for my business mileage and this company is a nice and easy to submit miles, receipts and journeys. It's a nice easy way to ensure you get funds back for work. You are able to also track the status of your claim, even up until it's paid into the bank!

I have been using Webexpenses since traveling for work purposes, it's a really quick and easy process to send the details of your journey along with fuel receipts to claim. This is then verified and always sent quickly and efficiently once accepted. You're able to claim multiple things which is handy.
