Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses to monitor my company mileage. The software allows the company to accurately monitor expense uses and remove the risk of error when using a manual system.
  • Expenses history.
  • Accurate mileage.
  • Receipt saving.
  • Assisted prompts.
  • Can be difficult to use if not IT literate.
This can be difficult for users who are not IT literate to use. However, once the system has been used a couple of times, it begins to become routine and easy to use.
Using Webexpenses for personal expenses is very easy and useful.

Webexpenses is well suited for the use of tracking, submitting and approving all varieties of expenses. The user has the ability to accumulate a few months worth of expenses and log them with ease. Any management level can approve expenses at the push of a button, rather than sorting through a stack of receipts and paperwork.
