Overall Satisfaction with WooCommerce
WooCommerce is just used by my department, which is the marketing department. It's used in conjunction with our nonprofit website and allows visitors to make donations. It can be used for different aspects as well, including sponsors, event registrations, different donation pots, and other types of similar projects. It could be used for product too, if we had any.
- Takes money and sends confirmation.
- Allows for different usages.
- Has so far not had any issues with being down.
- Wish it were a bit more user friendly.
- Interface a little confusing for those using.
- More customization.
- It has definitely increased our donations by making it easier for people to navigate.
- It has confused some people with its setup.
- It's made it easier for us to keep track of donations.
