Overall Satisfaction with Workable

The recruiting department uses it to keep track of candidates and allow hiring teams to be part of the talent acquisition process more fluidly. It is also where the hiring team leaves feedback for candidates after they come in for on-site interviews. It helps recruiting and various other departments to work together easily on open requisitions.
  • Feedback tool for hiring managers and hiring teams to use post on-site interview.
  • Searching candidates for new openings.
  • Ease of use for the whole team.
  • For feedback to not be seen by the whole team you need to create a feedback huddle (internal meeting per candidate) within the application.
  • Being able to see what other applications the candidate has applied to within company history.
  • Having an easier way to store old requisitions would be nice.
  • Helps us hire faster

  • Less wasted time for management
For candidate tracking and hiring process, I would recommend Workable. It is easier to use, allows hiring managers and interview panels to leave feedback, and you can easily keep track of candidates throughout the candidate search. Workday is used for more than the hiring process but for candidate tracking, Workable wins.

Workable is best used when in relationship with talent acquisition. Other platforms don't always give those outside of HR access to open requisitions to see candidates and doesn't always let feedback be left. However, Workable has both those functions which make it work the best for our needs in the hiring process.
