Workato was implemented by our business to connect our online Quickbooks account and our online CRM database.
It is a great tool, if you are experienced with writing and building recipes. It can be confusing when trying to get it started.
I recommend paying Workato to build the recipes for you as it can be quite timely.
Once it is in play, it is a great tool to use.

- Saves time by syncing data within two programs.
- Easy to start and stop a recipe as needed
- It would be nice to have a sync program which is user friendly.
- Descriptions on how to use, and help sections would be great
- Understanding of how the recipes are written can take some time
- ROI has yet to be determined, however it has saved our company labor hours
