Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management
I use Workday for managing candidates. Applications, contracts, checking information about managers. Job advert and all infomation about advirtesed jobs.
- Show the status of candidates.
- Put advertisements of jobs on company site and LinkedIn.
- Show error messages with the exact error instead of No candidate available. Example at goverment questioner- check goverment questioner or something like that.
- Show interview feedback from the link of the notifications of it.
- Show the copy candidate to an other req beside the other buttons.
- Be able to change compensation grade in the compansation grade field.
- Possibility to delete inbox items pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese!
- Having clickable options for everything instead of searching it with writing it in the searchbar. This is particulary annoying.

- information about employees
- When I started at the company they already had it so I do not know really. They told that before they had several separete interface, that was much more work.
I haven't used them.
I do not remember the names of other ATS. But the last one I used were much more logical.
