Workfront is currently being used by our strategic communications team as well as our marketing team. We use the tool to manage incoming requests from our internal clients as well as manage projects related to trade shows and marketing efforts. It helps to keep all communication in one place, improve proof process with clients and streamline work and assignments.
- Great proofing tool.
- Fairly easy set up and implementation team was great with assisting this process.
- Keeping communication in one central location and not locked in individuals email accounts.
- Easier to use Resource management tool - I believe this functionality is coming soon.
- Outlook integration with the calendar tool.
- Workfront allows our team to report on effort and also show our value by reporting on the amount of work we do and how that work aligns with our strategic priorities.
When shopping for a project management system, Workfront was the clear winner for our group. The proofing tool, mobile app and product features were far superior to all other products we reviewed and saw demos of.
