At the time Workfront was the only solution that had the functionality of managing workflows and the ability to integrate with the tools that lacked the functionality we needed. We saw it as the clear winner because of the openness and configurability that we sought in a solution. We knew we were blazing trails by being the first organization to leverage a tool to perform these tasks and it is doing well at it..
It was a great solution that fit our needs. We liked how well it fit within our workflows for an organization of our size and complexity. We wish there were more areas we could further customize to fit our needs but understand that this is a constraint for a hosted multi tenant solution.
