Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
- Streamlining requests/reviews/approvals
- Streamlining internal workflow processes
- Centralizing all projects in ONE location
- Search feature isn't great (i.e. will search for a keyword from a project name and that project won't come up).
- The app leaves a lot to be desired...to get things done remotely, I often need to login to the web interface on my phone because the app is not robust enough to allow the same control.
- Would love the ability to clone/copy projects or previous requests (I have some recurring requests that are similar, sometimes identical and it would save me a ton of time if I could just find a previous one, clone it, and update it with the new info).
- Would love the ability for Workfront to "assign" project codes (not just a number).
- Notifications sometimes don't work as expected.

- Ensures projets aren't "forgotten"
FileMaker was rather cumbersome. Basecamp was good, but lacked some features. Workfront was the most robust tool we evaluated. Love that it's cloud-based and love that there are many features (some we may never use, but some we plan to further explore). So, it can grow with us.
