We use it as a hub for communications. Several departmental groups, upload "how to" videos and engage in video conference calling.
- I love the video calling and the ability to share your screen.
- The professional groups are also helpful to organize training.
- Sharing event posts with one another helps us not have to reinvent the wheel, but use ideas that have shown themselves to be successful in other markets.
- As much as I love the video calling, if there are more than two screens on a call, the screen sharing option goes away.
- I would like to see live options like Facebook has.
- As previously stated, I love having a one-stop shop for knowledge and support from my co-workers. It's super helpful when planning events or troubleshooting issues with our workday.
I have not use any other products like this before.
