Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
We use it as an internal corporate communications platform within the CSO. It is on this platform we share important company notices, personal stories, employee interest stories, etc. What I like best about Workvivo is that it serves as a platform where you can show and share your emotions, experiences, culture, holidays, and other adventures with your co-workers. It is also a way to connect and be engaged and be blended with other employees. It also serves as a workaround to get our stress out after loaded of work. I love the look of the profile page and the ability to personalize and customize my profile. I also like the badge feature and being able to see company news as soon as I open my Workvivo page. It keeps me in the know about the people and news I follow and is like an active org chart with amazing graphics. I love how Workvivo connects me to all the spaces I'm interested in that also connects me to co-workers who share my interests too.
- Various modes of use such as polls, posts, kudos etc. are very well done
- Strengthens social and personal connections by flagging birthdays, work anniversaries, etc
- Great customer support
- It can be difficult to find old posts/comments
- Adding events to calendar not appearing as a post on the feed.
- Security
- Spaces feature
- Administration settings
- None so far - just when it gets busy it does slow down a small bit
Workvivo chose to create a collaboration platform that is responsive and respects each person's identity & contributions. Workvivo serves virtual employees at whatever level of engagement they are and help them stay connected, included, and most important of all, respected for their work. It is fun and easy to use which is very helpful to the user.
