Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
We use it as a social platform for all employees. This is where all important company information, events, and acknowledgment of milestones can be seen. Additionally introducing new employees and giving shout-outs to employees for birthdays and work anniversaries
- Generates birthday and anniversary posts
- Has shout out and notification options
- Events option
- Possibility to embed Microsoft forms
- Surveys should have the option to create your own custom answers instead of just the pre made ones
- Birthdays and anniversaries should be shown in a separate feed. With the number of employees we have, there are too many posts generated, that take away from the more important information.
- There could be a " show-comments" option under every post instead of the comments being automatically displayed. (feed looks way too crowded when there are several gifs under every post)
- Possibility to tag and give shootouts
- Possibility to choose the audience

- Globalization in our internal communication
- Heightened employee awareness about what we do as a business
- Greater employee engagement in events and giving feedback
