Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used by all full-time, part-time, and contract employees in the video department. We all use Wrike to keep track of our projects and ensure that we are on track to complete them in the necessary timeframe. Prior to Wrike, all of our organization was in Google Docs and it was a complete mess. Wrike has helped us to stay much more organized!
- Keeps everyone on the same page. Nobody has to ask for updates because they can see where a project is by looking.
- Chat within Wrike has cut down on the number of emails we have to send for every little thing.
- Wrike helps keep you on-task and on-time. No more losing track of projects or missing deadlines!
- Wrike can be a bit heavy to learn if you aren't used to it. You definitely need to invest the time to learn it.
- I could see the benefit of having a lighter version of Wrike that isn't as intensive for smaller companies.
- I really don't have much negative to say about Wrike - it's been great for us!
- It has kept us on time in hitting our deadlines, which has been a huge value.
- Wrike has helped everyone to be less stressed, which is unbelievably valuable.
- Everything we hoped Wrike would help us with, it has, and then some. The ROI is off the charts.
While Basecamp is a very fine software itself, I personally much prefer Wrike. For one thing, Wrike's customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I've never had customer service for a software that I could rave about as much as Wrike. They go above and beyond every single time we need to contact them about anything!
