Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used as our company's primary repository for documenting and managing e-learning course launches. As a former Delivery Manager, I was responsible for working with/collaborating with assorted parties across the org (Instructional Design, Recruitment, and our Administrative team) to delegate tasks, complete course project milestones, as well as submit forms/tickets to assorted partners as part of our course preparation and course launch process. From there, information in each course delivery project workspace was regularly updated (release of specific week's materials, grading, etc., as well as reporting course errors and change requests). The process was then easily repeated with each course launch, as templates were generated and re-used across multiple courses.
I also used Wrike for onboarding and training purposes for my other role within the org, completing assigned tasks and using assorted views to assess by when specific materials, forms, and other items needed to be completed. While I no longer function as a Delivery Manager, I regularly utilize this tool to review course-specific content (release weeks, assigned parties for courses - instructors, coaches, grading team members - and other time-specific elements) to support my client experience team.
- Task assignment and management
- Template generation
- Form generation and submission
- At times, tasks within task groups can be easily lost if working on an overly cumbersome project. Maintaining clean and simple project templates and assorted spaces will greatly aid in this.
- This tool/platform has allowed our organization to easily replicate the course planning and launching process (especially so when working with a number of different university partners); hence, we're able to efficiently manage multiple course delivery projects simultaneously, allowing for multiple launches each week/month/fiscal quarter with relative ease.
