Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage process flows, deliverables, communication among team members for IC design and manufacturing. With extremely tight schedules and little room for error, we assign tasks and ownership to said tasks which provide reminders and accountability so that nothing is missed. Detailed instructions for every task can be input into the task deliverable which helps each member understand the goal and know exactly what it is they need to do to move the task onto the next team member.
- Managing expectations and deliverables
- Assigning tasks and process flows
- Creating gantt charts and allowing for high level visibility of deliverables status
- Have flow charts (like what you could create in Miro) which link to Wrike tasks
- When adding an image to a task description, allow for it to be larger and immediately viewable.
- Have a work instruction section in task description with scalable images, so that tasks can have more intuitive instruction with flow charts/charts/pictures etc
- Wrike has revolutionized our task management, deliverable visibility and ownership
- Wrike has allowed us to standardize processes and provide visibility into expectations of those process
- Wrike is great for different visualizations like going from gantt chart and digging down into the specific tasks and deliverables associated
