Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used Wrike in order to report bugs to our IT department for our internal program. It was the only way to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to our reported issues. I was able to support my requests by providing screenshots to the issues that I encountered on our program.

  • Simple fields to create and submit requests.
  • Shows visibility of the recipient and if there are any updates made.
  • Ability to add screenshot or images before submitting request.
  • Being able to restrict notifications for particular requests.
  • Ability to add recipients specifically before request is created.
  • Solving issues with our platform promptly.
  • Consolidating issues to see trends of what's been reported.
  • Building rapport with teammates from other office locations.

Yes

Wrike would be best suited for small companies that don't have a lot of different departments. It worked for ours as these requests just got funneled to our IT department, which only consisted of a few individuals. I believe this platform would be confusing for companies with a large IT department with several sub-teams.
