Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used it for organizing issues learners had in the online university courses as well as keeping track of other tasks I was in charge of such as beta testing and designing new courses to add to the growing list we offered. With Wrike I was able to easily assign the appropriate individuals to the tasks we shared.

User-friendly design that was easy to learn

There was capped access on number of members based on price point which makes it harder for growing companies to use
Would like to see more customization options for public dashboards that can be shared and managed by multiple people
Make it easier to view details of a task that was created, this did not feel very user-friendly and felt like I had to go searching for these details

Return on Investment

Better organization of our online courses and course issues lead to quicker resolution of said issues and encouraged more learner enrollment in courses

I believe Wrike is very user-friendly and easy to work in, it's easy to keep all of my tasks organized in my dashboard and loop in the appropriate individuals as needed. However, for a growing company with a lot of moving parts and plans to expand their portfolio, I think it may become more difficult to contain it all on this platform.
