Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

[...] uses Wrike to support project management--this includes subtasks, deadlines and assigning personnel. It helps with workflow so nothing is dropped or missed, regardless of the size of the task or project. I use Wrike daily across a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Easy interface makes finding and processing tasks and timelines easy.
  • Notification settings allow for various levels of alerts, etc.
  • Easy to develop tasks, subfolder, assign people.
  • It's easy to overload Wrike with folders and tasks, it would be nice for it to be more organizable with files.
  • At times it can be hard to locate older items/projects.
  • It has had mixed effects; for some who know how to use it well, it can really streamline things. For others, it can be a burden, e.g., too many notifications and overuse for simpler tasks.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

No

It's helpful for tracking various tasks within a larger project, and setting deadlines and staff to complete them. It can be over-used by staff--for example, setting tasks within Wrike that can easily be done without using it (e.g., a task "e-mail colleagues to setup meeting"
