Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike to report bugs and IT issues with the data entry platform and online portal that my company uses. A ticket is submitted and then routed to the proper department which notifies the person that is in charge of that specific item so they can address and fix my issue.
- Records the issue that I am having with software, portal, etc.
- Automatically directs my request to the person that it needs to go to.
- You can follow up and communicate through Wrike to resolve problems.
- Could be a little more user friendly.
- Allow uploads of screenshots in the request instead of having to go back and add them.
- A positive impact is the time it saves employees.
- A positive impact is improved communication between departments.
These two services are very similar platforms. Both allow service request tickets to be digitally submitted to the IT Department to report bugs and issues with programs, software, etc. I like the functionality of Wrike better, though, for the most part. Once you get used to the layout and where to go to submit your requests, it is pretty easy to use.
