When lists are your jam, Wunderlist is your best Friend
Overall Satisfaction with Wunderlist
We currently use Wunderlist to keep tabs on different departments in real time. Each person adds items that are needed from various stores. We also add tasks related to departments and are able to see who completes the item in the list. It is miraculous to be at a store and simultaneously see a new or already purchased item so we don't duplicate work and make sure we have what is needed asap. It keeps everyone in the loop.
Pros
- Create lists and place them in categories. If you need more than one list for an organization or department that can help a lot with simplicity.
- Synchronization of lists with others. You are able to add people to any list and they can see exactly what is there. Seamless.
- Easy interface, user friendly. It doesn't take a bunch of tutorial videos to learn to use.
Cons
- Would love if you could connect Wunderlist to Google Tasks, that integration would be lovely.
- Would also love a progress bar for something you might be working on so it could be also used as a task identifier and tracker.
- Would love if there was a public link to share a particular list so you could post on social media, email, or text; this way, people could choose a list item or help fill the list items for you one time but you don't have to share the list with people permanently.
- It has helped us stay in communication without clogging up text or email and losing information.
- It helps us know exactly what is needed while out purchasing.
- It allows everyone to see the same information.
Evernote is one I used a while back but I didn't like the functionality of it for lists. This product is an outstanding list format with multple purposes. I've noticed that the ease of use of this product makes it simple for even those less tech savvy in any given organization, which is a plus.
