Overall Satisfaction with Wunderlist

I have a team of about 10 people within an organization of about 150 people. We use Wunderlist to collaborate on tasks, projects, and lists. One user can create a list (say a list of people we need to reach out to for the first time) and others can contribute, leave comments, add tasks, etc. This makes teamwork much easier. Often times in a meeting, we will just open up our Wunderlist and go through the tasks we've collaborated on. Our team communicates and tracks work frequently on the app.
  • Organizing. It is very easy to organize your notes and different lists. It really streamlines my thoughts. I never open Wunderlist and am confused about my notes.
  • Sharing. Sharing my notes or lists with others and adding them to different projects is very simple and easy. We've never had an issue.
  • Loads fast. Your information can be pulled up quickly in Wunderlist. This is essential as I'll be in a meeting and have to pull up a reminder quickly.
  • Creating new lists on the mobile app can be complicated, more so than it needs to be.
  • I never use the scheduled reminder feature, yet the app seems to really want me to. If it's unneeded it should be easy to remove.
  • Deleting tasks and comments can be confusing.
  • I have remembered more tasks and notes because of Wunderlist.
  • It has been easier for me to take notes in meetings and presentations with Wunderlist.
  • Because of Wunderlist, my notes and reminders about people or projects are easier to organize and find.
On the app, Wunderlist loads quickly and is easier to navigate. It's also very streamlined and not complicated in the slightest. You can quickly get to all your notes and share tasks/reminders or create new lists. Other apps are simple but take forever to load or are so full of features that it's very complicated. This is not the case with Wunderlist.
I first started using Wunderlist simply for tasks management and reminders. What surprised me though is how often I'll use it for taking notes in a meeting. It's very handy to quickly write down a reminder or note that I want to be able to return to later without having to search for it too much. I can even quickly add someone else to the list if the reminder is an assignment for them.
