Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

It’s being used by sales department for quota assignment, commission calculations and Team management (manager and above). It’s a single point platform to look at entire sales teams performance across the organization.

  • Commission pod on first time screen.
  • Positive - I have better visibility on my performance.
  • Negative - Nothing as such.
My company is using it for quota, territory, team planning. Having a single for all the sales professionals helps senior leadership to make a quick decision on particular executive or team or geography.
It helps proper credit assignment go salesman for the invoices generated through Zoura.
HR- using for performance measure during appraisal cycle. Not sure about other departments.

It’s well suited for large sales departments scattered across the globe. It’s suite for companies which believes in commission structure more than base pay.
