Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent is used to calculate all the commission information for our sales people. It is used to view all the information related to total amount of incentives received in a month/year for a user. It is used in applying business process logic in order to determine the accurate compensation details of all the sales AEs.

We use Salesforce reports to track overall attainment for some groups but Xactly is our new source of truth for all groups fully implemented. There are good ways to download and use the data that weren't possible or were harder to get in Salesforce.
We just finished implementing Incent for our Sales Team to receive their regular commission statements. It helped us adjust to our fast-growing Sales Org and is saving us lots of manual work each month. We are also beginning to implement CEA to automate that process as well.
Xactly is great for larger sales teams who have all data tracked in a CRM system. It is easy to automate and easy to run monthly. It is less worth it for smaller sales teams that rely on more indirect data, it can get messy and harder to manage than calculations outside of Xactly.
