Overall Satisfaction with Yooz
We use Yooz for processing accounts payable invoices. Uploading them and having managers approve in Yooz and Yooz sends to Great Plains (our accounting software). Yooz helps to identify duplicate invoices, incorrect invoices, and invoices that are POs. We also upload the POs into Yooz and Yooz will match them to the invoices.
- Sends invoices to appropriate managers

- Stores invoices
- run reports to check on invoices uploaded
- sometimes it picks the wrong vendor
- sometimes it picks the wrong item on the invoice to use as invoice #
- It saves a lot time

Yooz has better accuracy and it is more automated to do tasks itself.
