Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

I've been a user for more than 2 years. I can say that Ziflow is a powerful tool to share proofs across teams and users, get annotations and manage versions. It has been convenient, reliable and did not have any major issues.

Ziflow makes the process easy and fast which saves time and effort in getting approvals and in saving versions of the creative assets.
As compared to manual versioning and sharing/proofing, Ziflow provides much more convenience.
The collaboration features makes approval processes very easy and time-saving.

Ziflow is suitable for a team or teams of users where you need to share documents, designs or any such assets. Especially when the teams are located in remote areas. It is less appropriate where there is no need to share assets with other team members.
