Ziflow has impacted the effort required to move content through the materials review process by a lot. Now that our free users have their own queue, it makes it a lot easier for the coordinators not to have to constantly resend jobs to individual team members.
Zilfow makes it really easy to collaborate with team members. If there is a question that a team member needs to be answered we can tag the person so they know when a question is with them as well as label the comment with "question asked". This helps make it more efficient to make sure the task/comments are clearly explained on jobs.
