Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Campaigns

We use Zoho Campaigns to do mass outreach emails to targeted prospective customers. Specifically, we import our contacts from Zoho CRM into Campaigns and maintain a sync for those individuals. In addition to mass emailing, Zoho Campaigns has specific features which help improve open rates such as A/B testing, merge fields, and send scheduling.
  • Contact Management. You can build lists via imports from Zoho CRM or via uploaded Excel files.
  • A/B Testing. Determine which subject lines and body text have the most impact.
  • Limited number of syncs. If you run lots of mailing lists that require regular updates with Zoho CRM, you may find yourself short.
  • Zoho Campaigns has allowed us to reach a larger audience with less time spent than making individual calls to each contact.
We already use Zoho CRM so it made sense to use Zoho Campaigns to make importing from the CRM easier. MailChimp and Zoho both have an editor for editing HTML directly, so there was no clear advantage there. MailChimp was slightly more expensive than Zoho Campaigns (by about $10 / month) so that was the other deciding factor.
Zoho Campaigns has been useful in doing outreach to prospective customers. It's allowed us to test our subject lines and messages and determine which are the most effective for improving open rates and generating click-throughs. Content supports both HTML and text versions, and the editor is relatively easy to use.
