Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Very powerful CRM with a lot of automation features. Allows our business to run with fewer employees and be much more efficient.

Very well designed and it also allows to build your own forms.
Anything can be added, modified or programmed. It is extremely customizable, sometimes almost too much.
When selecting Zoho, 10 years ago, I evaluated more than 40 different CRM. I concluded that Zoho CRM was the best fit for most of the scenarios and that it could be suited for so many different projects.
