Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Innovative & well-rounded CRM for all of our internal uses. This CRM allows us to keep track of everything we need for our operations and functions as a full-fledge internal resource at our company. We would not be able to keep track of our internal processes and clientele without it.

The Zoho CRM is very easy to use. This is an intuitive tool that is clear and precise in what each sentence does. For the reporting, we had to contact their team to be able to use it properly as this point was less clear, however, they were always available and willing to help with custom reporting.
The Zoho CRM is configurable to our needs, however, previously it was not. We had to contact their dev team to make changes and configure the system to completely provide for our needs. It is not a well-rounded tool for our company and we have no further complaints about its usability.
Zoho CRM doesn't serve our needs as well as Books or Expense does, however, that is because Books & Expense have been tailored to our needs in the past, and the CRM is a new purchase for us. I am sure in the future this system will be able to provide us with the service we need.

The Zoho CRM is less well appropriate to use in places where you need to store sensitive information. It is well-rounded when it comes to keeping general information and important points all in one place, for many people to access at once. Advanced version of a manual database with multiple collaborators.
