Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We are still in the implementation phases. We use Zoho CRM and Projects currently for small sales. Having a single pane of glass to review not just revenue forecasting, but also view our in flight orders. This has helped tremendously with interdepartmental communication gaps.

Cons
- A lot of customization by an outside developer is needed to make CRM truly functional.
- Technical support can be limited at times.
- Better explanation and support on integrating Zoho applications.
- Efficiency and installation Intervals improved.
- Forecasting is more accurate.
- Staff frustration increased due to the limitations (Need a Developer).
